I’m Jess (she/her)…

I’m a therapist and founder of Wild & Well, but you might also call me an overwhelm investigator, deep listener, and healing and wholeness advocate.

I help people struggling with anxiety and overwhelm to find peace, prioritize their needs, and live with greater presence, ease, and joy.

What it’s like to work with me...

I’m not a blank slate or what you might expect of a typical therapist. I keep it real. I’m present, honest, and invested in you. I show up authentically, and create space for you to do the same. I don’t see you as a diagnosis or problem to be fixed, but as the complex and unique individual you are.

My commitment to you...

I will be an active participant in your healing. I’ll ask meaningful questions to help us both understand you better. I’ll walk alongside you and will never shy away from your pain. I will share my thoughts and questions directly and lovingly. I’ll help you build on your strengths and connect to your wisdom. I will partner with you in moving toward the healing and growth you both desire and deserve.

I will do my part to help you experience healing ASAP. You’re here because you’re ready for change now, not later, so I’ll show up from the very first session in ways that can help you begin to experience relief and motivate you to stay the course.

At the risk of sounding too “woo-woo,” therapy is a meeting of two souls (ugh, I know). But there is something transcendent about it that the theories and research can’t fully explain. And, at the same time, the process can be refreshingly clear, accessible and measurable. Both of these elements are invaluable. We need transcendence AND practicality.

The true magic of therapy happens when the genuine meeting of souls is paired with effective therapeutic tools, equipping us to confidently navigate the complexities of being human.

Therapy is not about becoming, it’s about unbecoming all the things you believed you had to be to be loved.
